Refund Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your data usage must not exceed 5GB from when you got the subscription.


If you would like to initiate a refund please do the following

  • login and create a support ticket with the title "REFUND"
  • or send us an email, admin@whoamivpn.com
  • in the description provide proof of purchase (such as transaction ID and payment method) and explain the reason for why you want to get a refund. Do not include images.

Once we have received your support ticket, we will inspect your refund request. If your are eligible for a refund, we will initiate a refund. If you paid with bitcoins you must provide us with a bitcoin wallet which can receive the refund.
